MINOR AMENDMENT
Detailed description of the change and reason(s) for the request:
THE PROPERTY OWNER IS DISSATISFIED WITH HOW THE BLUEGRASS TURF IS DOING ON THE
SLOPE OF THE PARKWAY. THEY WOULD LIKE TO IMPROVE THE LOOK BY ADDING PLANTINGS,
BOULDERS, ACCESS STEPS, AND DRIP IRRIGATION. THIS WOULD CONSERVE WATER AND
ENHANCE THE LOOK OF THE PROPERTY. ALSO, PATRONS OF THE BUSINESSES WOULD
BENEFIT BY HAVING A BUFFER BETWEEN THE OUTSIDE PATIOS AND PARKING SPOTS ALONG
CERTIFICATION
