SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS:
1) The initial gnhmittal and additional rnnnde of review Shall he elecfronir. (one (1) copy nn a CD nr Flash drive) of
the site, landscape, elevation, etc. - whichever sheets are being altered. A Legal Description is required. Changes
on each sheet should he clnuded.
Once all departments approve the proposed changes a Final Hard Copy will be required to be printed on 24"06"
Mylar sheets. Please ensure the electronic submittal can be printed to scale on 24"x36" sheets,

3) Application fee of $350.
Note: an additional $250 fee is required if the Poudre Fire Authority (PFA) needs to review the application.
Typically, PFA fee is required for all changes of use, building additions and/or new buildings.
MINOR AMENDMENT
Detailed description of the change and reasons) for the request:
Adams Bank and Trust will be Installing a thru-wall ATM and a thru•wall night depository through an existing window and door on the South
elevation of the Poudre Garage. The door shall be removed and replaced with aluminum storefront identical to two existing windows of the
South Elevation. The lower panel of the new window and an existing window will be replaced with a structural aluminum panel that matches the
aluminum storefront finish and color. This installation will allow for the ATM and night depository to protrude through the opening and patrons
may access the function of the ATM and ND from the sidewalk. In addition, two aluminum frame, canvas awnings will be provided per elevations
and 3-d views identifying these locations (ATM and ND) as well has concealed security lighting behind the awning.
