Issue: 04/16/2013: Consult Matt Zoccali about issues revolving around the Aztlan Site. 970-224-6008
Matt Zoccali has received a copy of the submittal documents. With the current design,
we are minimizing the majority of the cut area to include the over excavation directly
next to the existing ribbon curb at the top of the detention pond bank. The only other
cut will include stripping of the site.

Issue: 04/08/2013: I'd suggest an abutting 5' landscaping strip on the north side of the parking area on the
tube site. While this isn't a property line it acts somewhat like one in dividing the property. It should
include at least three trees.
After discussions with Ken Mannon and Gary Lopez on site, we have indicated a new
trash enclosure for the EconoLube property and an additional trees in the westernmost
parking lot island.

Issue: 04/17/2013: 1 understand that this affects at least two properties and they'll only be a pedestrian
and access easement affecting those. The two properties will need to also be brought up to the
LUC standards to the extent reasonably feasible. Well review those properties separately.
