• Development Agreement, signed and notarized, with check for $96, possibly the letter of credit for the erosion
control deposit
• Sidewalk repair permit, signed, with check for $52.70
$21 check for utility easement vacation
• Once you figure the cost for the ROW dedication we can get you a check for that

and return to me for City signatures and recordation. I will need a check for $96 for the development
agreement recording fees made out to "Larimer County Clerk and Recorder" ($11 for the first page and
$5 for additional pages-18 pages=$96). Please let me know if you have any questions.
I will also need checks for the recording fees to record the utility easement vacation documents and the
right-of-way dedication documents. The utility easement vacation recording fee amount is $21(3
pages). I am not sure the amount needed for the right-of-way dedication documents but I will let you
know once I receive everything back from you. If possible, a separate check is needed for each
document that needs to be recorded. Please make the checks out to "Larimer County Clerk and
Recorder".

Sorry about the confusion. Bender Industrial Group, Inc., is the developer, and we do own part of Miramont Ft
Collins, LLC., however, I am not the managing member that would sign for the LLC, but I would sign as the
developer. If you need signatures from both entities let me know.

information that was submitted to me, the developer of the project and owner of the project are two
different entities? Developer is Bender Industrial Group, Inc and the Owner is Miramont Ft Collins, LLC
and Joesf P. Bender will be signing the agreement as President for both entities? I just wanted to
confirm this information before I send you the draft agreement for your review.
