Please let me know if you have any questions. I will also need checks for the recording fees to record the utility easement vacation documents and the right-of-way dedication documents. The utility easement vacation recording fee amount is $21(3 pages). I am not sure the amount needed for the right-of-way dedication documents but I will let you know once I receive everything back from you. If possible, a separate check is needed for each document that needs to be recorded. Please make the checks out to "Larimer County Clerk and Recorder". Bender Industrial Group, Inc., is the developer, and we do own part of Miramont Ft Collins, LLC., however, I am not the managing member that would sign for the LLC, but I would sign as the developer. Developer is Bender Industrial Group, Inc and the Owner is Miramont Ft Collins, LLC and Joesf P. Bender will be signing the agreement as President for both entities?
