Kelly, Marc explained to me that when this was discussed with staff last week, we concluded that we need the
integrated color in order to make the area clearly distinct. With that in mind please specify both the integrated color
and the scoring pattern. I understand that this will be an additional cost and that maintenance of colored concrete can
be tricky, but this is the compromise that we came up with to allow the increase in slope. Also, I think there was some
fencing proposed near the bike rack in the NW cor =er, please make sure the rack doesn't interfere with any required
ADA routes.

I just got off the phone with Jason at the Planning Department and he said that he approves scoring of the concrete in
2.5'x2.5' squares as shown on the attached site & grading plan for lot 4 of Rigden Farm. If you think this solution is
acceptable as well, then we will resubmit to Ft. Collins for approval.
