Thanks for the comments.
The 9 foot utility easement behind the right-of-way will remain. The area proposed to be vacated is beyond that 9 foot
easement. in this drawing it is the red area that is being proposed to be vacated. The 9 foot area between the red area
and the right-of-way line will remain utility easement.
Any concerns with the red area behind the 9 foot utility easement?

We have received a request to vacate a portions of the open space, utility, drainage, public access easements, and
emergency access easements dedicated on Tract B of Brookfield as shown on the attached documents. The portion of
easement proposed to be vacated is needed to accommodate the larger buildings currently being proposed by the
Developer.
Please review the attached document and let me know if you have any issues or concerns with the proposed
vacation. Please provide comments by Friday June 19. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will assume you have
no objections to the proposed vacation. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Our facilities are built out here and this minor adjustment to the easements should not impact that. Please note to
developer to protect existing facilities in place since the building edge and overdig for foundations will be that much
closer to the plant.
