MINOR AMENDMENT Detailed description of the change and reason(s) for the request: New tenant finish for Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse which is similar in use with the former tenant Proposed to create 2 new exits, 1 overhead door, and screen walls for condenser rack and trash enclosure. This eliminate 10 parking spaces to accommodate truck delivery area at overhead door.
