College is to be renovated. The portion to be renovated was previously occupied by Sutherlands. The renovation includes updating the facade only. No site work is to be disturbed or changed. The design of the new facade will set the architectural style for future renovations to the entire center. This will be the first phase of the centers renovation. Entire center to be painted.
