MINOR AMENDMENT
Detailed description of the change and reason(s) for the request: shifting of primary uses from Parcel I in exchange for secondary
uses from Parcel K. The remaining difference in secondary uses result in a slight adjustment to Parcel G in order to keep a balance. There will be NO
NET CHANGE in the acreage of primary or secondary uses. Instead, the secondary use areas will be focused further south where they are more
compatible the the surrounding land uses. Since underlying zoning and LUC prevails, FAR and DU values have also been removed to facilitate the
evaluation of future PDP's. NOTE: The only parcels changed in any manor with the Minor Amendment are those that are entirely owned by Imago Enterprises.
CERTIFICATION
I certify the information and exhibits submitted are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and that in filing this application, I am acting with
the knowledge, consent, and authority of the owners of the property (including all owners having a legal or equitable interest in the real property, as
defined in Section 1-2 of the City Code; which is the subject of this application) without whose consent and authority the requested action should not
lawfully be accomplished. Pursuant to said authority, I hereby permit City officials to enter upon the property for the purpose of inspection, and if
necessary, for posting a public notice on the property.

MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE HARMONY TECHNOLOGY PARK THIRD
AMENDMENT OVERALL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Minor Amendment Narrative
This Minor Amendment essentially returns Parcel I, Parcel M, and Parcel K in the
current January 24, 2008 Third Amendment to the identical land uses as contained in the
May 10, 2004 Second Amendment. This Minor Amendment contains no change to the
number of acres and no changes to the percentage of Secondary Uses to the total
acreage as exist on the current Third Amendment. The only property affected by this
Minor Amendment is on the east side of Lady Moon Drive and owned by Imago
Enterprises, Inc., the applicant.
This shift in Primary and Secondary Uses is accomplished as follows:
Existing Proposed
Third Amendment Minor Amendment
Parcel I 11.7 ac. Primary 11.7 ac. Secondary
(same as 2nd Amendment)
Parcel M 8.34 ac. Secondary 10.4 ac. Primary
2.06 ac. Primary (same as 2nd Amendment)
Parcel K 15.415 ac. Primary 19.7 ac. Primary
4.285 ac. Secondary (same as 2nd Amendment)
In short, of the total 12.626 acres of Secondary Uses released for Parcels M and K, 11.7
acres are shifted to Parcel I and the balance to the 13.39 ac. Parcel G, which is largely
intended for secondary retail uses.
