LOCATION AND SPECIES TO BE PLANTED. FAILURE TO OBTAIN THIS

A SECOND 3 INCH CALIPER MITIGATION SHADE TREE IS REQUIRED FOR
THE SECOND TREE THAT WILL BE PLANTED AS A CITY STREET TREE IN
THE TREE LAWN WITHIN UI MILE OF THE PROJECT, AND THE LOCATION
SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY FORESTER AND SUBJECT TO CITY
