19. ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE ENCLOSED WITHIN THE BUILDING OR
ADEQUATELY SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW.
20. WHERE POSSIBLE ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMERS SHALL BE SCREENED BY
LANDSCAPE EXCEPT ON ONE SIDE IN ORDER TO PROVIDE 8 FT. CLEARANCE AS
