Regarding your request for a variance to the City drainage
requirements for Speece Subdivision, please be advised
that the following statement will be required on the
utility drawings submitted for this development:
"Lot 1 shall be graded so as to provide
approximately 800 cubic feet of stormwater
retention storage."
