Mr. Josh Richardson
City of Fort Collins
Engineering Department
P.O. Box 580
Fort Collins, Colorado 80522
Dear Mr. Richardson:
We request a variance of the standard Subdivision specifications (minimum
street width) as they apply to Colboard Drive, South College Investment
Subdivision. We request that Colboard Drive be designed to meet P.U.D.
requirements of a 28-foot flowline to flowline width. Please be aware
that Colboard Drive (previously called RCD Drive) was granted this same
variance as it pertained to The RCD Plaza South Subdivision Drawings
dated August 1979.
Sincerely,

RE: South College Properties
Dear Frank:
Subsequent to your telephone call, I met with Mauri Rupel ,

will be allowed three (3) points of access as follows:

access point with right. turn only permitted.
(It was suggested that the southern most lo-
cation be closed).
2. Boardwalk Drive access will be located approx-
imately one hundred ninety (190) feet west of
College Avenue with both left and right Tnaress
and egress.
3. Colboard Drive access to be located at the north
property line with both left and right ingress
and egress as will.
If you would like us to prepare a drawing for the city's
approval, please give me a call at 221-5550 or 629-7124 from
Boulder.. Even though Cornell Constul ing Company is no longer
doing business, I am able to work with you on a conti'nuina
