For your information, attached is a copy of the staffs comments concerning
Lynn Acres Replat, Lot 10, Block 4 (6329 Lynn Drive) which was presented at
the conceptual review meeting on July 2, 1984.
It should be clearly understood the attached comments are offered informally
by staff to assist the applicant in preparing the detailed components of the
project application. Nothing contained herein shall preclude the staff from
making modification of, or additions to, the above comments at the time of
formal application.

LAND USE DATA:
Divide one lot into two lots on 3 4cres
COMMENTS:
1. Property must annex into the City.
2. Staff would recommend R-L-P zoning.
3. Access into the site should be via a private drive, and not another public
street.
4. On -site detention required.
5. Existing condition of Lynn Drive from the site to Trilby must be evaluated
as to City standards.
