Dear Mauri:
This is to request, on behalf of Mr. Garth Rogers, that you initiate the
action by the City Council to vacate a portion of RCD Drive in the RCD
Plaza South Subdivision. It is being replaced by Colboard Drive in the
Replat of Lots 2, 3, 4 and Part of Lot 5 AND RCD Drive of the RCD Plaza
South Subdivision. The portion to be vacated is described as follows:
A part of RCD Drive situate in RCD Plaza South Subdivision,
Fort Collins, Colorado, which begins at the Southwest corner
of Lot 4 of RCD Plaza South Subdivision and run thence N 890
55' 45" W 50.00 feet; thence N 001 05' W 149.97 feet; thence
S 890 55' 45" E 65.04 feet; thence along the arc of a 15.00
foot radius curve to the left a distance of 23.60 feet, the
long chord of which bears S 440 59' 38" W 21.24 feet; thence
S 00' 05' E 134.93 feet to the point of beginning.
The Replat is scheduled to be heard at the August Planning and Zoning
Board Meeting. If you have any questions, please call. Thank you for
