The Archdiocese of Denver has finally executed the easement
in The Landings and returned it to me. T am enclosing a copy
for your review. Please advise me whether the City wants the
easement recorded or exactly how you would like to have it
handled.

. EASEMENT GRANT
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, THE ARCHDIOCESE OF DENVER,
a Corporation sole, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor",
and being the owner of the real property referenced below,
does hereby grant unto the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
a Municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City",
a permanent easement for drainage, maintenance, and access,
together with any other such rights as may be incident or
related to any of the above rights, across and through
the following described property:
The Southernmost 40 feet of the particular parcel
of land described in Book 1875 at Pace 422 of the
Larimer County, Colorado, records, said easement
bounded on the South by the Northerly right-of-way
of Colorado State Highway No. 68.
In addition, Grantor also grants to the City a temporary
construction easement across the Southernmost 100 feet of
the above -described parcel of land.
Grantor reserves the right to use and enjoy such described
property so long as such use and enjoyment does not interfere
with the rights herein granted to the City.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has executed this ease -
rent grant this 30th day of March , 1981.
