Know all men by these presents that the undersigned being the owner(s) of that part of the Northwest Quarter

more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, AMENDED PLAT OF LOTS 26 AND 27, THE KELMAR STRIP - SECOND FILING AND LOTS 1 AND 2,
AMENDED PLAT OF LOTS 29 AND 28, KELMAR STRIP - SECOND FILING, County of Lorimer, State of Colorado.
Containing 3.1198 Acres, more or less, have by these presents caused the same to be surveyed and subdivided
into lots to be known as the " SECOND AMENDED PLAT OF LOTS 26 AND 27, THE KELMAR STRIP - SECOND FILING
