Know all men by these presents that HADI ALY, being the owner of
that part of the Northwest } of Section 12, Township 6 North, Range
69 Nest of the 6th P.M., Lorimer County, Colorado, being more
particularly described as follows. to wit: Lot 28 and Lot 29, THE
