DEED OF DEDICATION FOR
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
MOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, Charles L. Meseriian,
being the owner of certain real property in Larimer County, Colorado, legally described as LOTS 1
THRU 18, BLK 21, RIVERSIDE PARK; TOG WITH W 40 FT OF ADJ VAC 4TH AVE AND E 10
FT OF VAC ADJ ALLEY, FTC in the Larimer County Records, in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable
consideration, does hereby dedicate, transfer, and convey to Hickory 337 LLC, a Colorado Company,
a temporary+ construction easement over and across the property more particularly described on
Exhibit "A" and diagrammed on Exhibit "B",
construction easement both attached hereto and by this reference made apart
hereof, for the purpose of constructing grading on a permanent slope easement within this
This temporary construction easement shall terminate and be of no further effect when either
the referenced grading construction within the referenced permanent slope easement has been
completed, or when one year has elapsed from the effective date of this document, whichever
happens sooner.
