Detailed description of the change and reason(s) for the request:
The existing building has been used as a rental car agency and small dealership. The new owners intend
to make minor (non-structural) revisions to the existing facility, adding only a small showroom (there is
no showroom in the existing building) and enclosing the area under the existing drive -through canopy
for additional parts storage. These adjustments to the building footprint will require some revision to the
