College Ave. OWNER: Ralph D. Will L and W Properties 232 Walnut Street Fort Collins, Co 80524 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Request to accept a temporary emergency access easement on Lot 2, Block 1 Will Subdivision, more particularly described on Exhibit"A". RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of Resolution PZ04-04 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The temporary emergency access easement is needed for the Old Town North development to proceed while working on the two crossings of the Lake Canal that they need to make and still provide the access to the site that is needed. OWNER: Buckeye Limited Liability Company 447 Whitetail Lane Grand Junction, Co 81503 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Request to accept a drainage easement on a parcel of land owned by Buckeye Limited Liability Company, more particularly described on Exhibit"A". RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of Resolution PZ04-05 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Old Town North development storm drainage system ties into the Lake Canal and a portion of the work to make this connection will occur on the above property and thus the drainage easement is need for the construction work and ongoing maintenance of the system. Box 270053 Fort Collins, CO 80527-0053 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Request to accept assignment of a drainage easement on a parcel of land owned by Larimer County, more particularly described on Exhibit"A". RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of Resolution PZ04-06 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Old Town North development is installing a culvert for the irrigation ditch under the extension of Redwood Street that they are building. The culvert extends onto the Larimer County property. The easement is necessary for the construction and future maintenance of this structure. The County dedicated the easement to Palladian Construction Company and thus the City will accept an assignment of this easement from the Palladian Construction Company in order for the easement to be under City control.
