The plat of the Subdivision was recorded November 5, 2007 at reception number 20070083115 of the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Larimer County Colorado (the "Plat"), The Owner files this notice to comply with Section 3.6.2(L)(4) of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado. The Plat identifies certain private drives or streets and reflects the location of such streets, drives and courts, designating the same parenthetically on the Plat as "Private." The Lots within the Subdivision are burdened with the obligation of operation, maintenance and reconstruction of such drive private drives or streets. The undersigned affums that the City of Fort Collins, Colorado has no such obligation to provide for the operation, maintenance or reconstruction of such private drives or streets, nor any obligation to accept any such private drive or street as a public street or drive.
