ENVELOPE AS DEFINED IN THE CONSERVATION EASEMENT GRANTED TO THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS BY MILLION AGRICULTURAL INVESTMENTS LTD.
2. ACCORDING TO COLORADO LAW YOU MUST COMMENCE ANY LEGAL ACTION BASED
UPON ANY DEFECT IN THIS SURVEY WITHIN THREE YEARS OF THE DATE ON WHICH YOU
FIRST DISCOVERED SUCH DEFECT. IN NO EVENT MAY ANY ACTION BASED ON ANY
DEFECT OF THIS SURVEY BE COMMENCED MORE THAN TEN YEARS FROM THE DATE OF
CERTIFICATION SHOWN HEREON.
3. FENCES SHOWN HEREON HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED FROM FIELD SURVEYED POSITIONS.
