GENERAL NOTES
1. THE "NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER" SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN PARCEL D, AS SHOWN ON
THIS AMENDED ODP (PARCEL I AS SHOWN ON THE WILLOWBROOK PLAT).
2. PARCEL A SHALL NO LONGER INCLUDE A "NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER."
3. THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHIN PARCEL A SHALL BE VACATED THROUGH A SEPARATE
APPROVAL PROCESS WITHIN CITY OF FORT COLLINS.
4. RESIDENTIAL USES MAY INCLUDE, STANDARD SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED DWELLINGS,
SMALL LOT SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED DWELLINGS, SINGLE-FAMILY ATTACHED
DWELLINGS, AND MULTI -FAMILY DWELLINGS.
5. MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT WILL BE 35'.
6. EXISTING / PROPOSED ZONING IS LAW.
7. WITHIN THE SITE THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT FOR PUBLIC PARK, SCHOOL OR SIMILAR
