24" x 36" size (usually available at the Technical Services Department at 281 N. College) — RED -LINE

addition to the six originals;
2) Completed and signed application form; and
3) Application fee of $192.00.

RE: Chase North College Market Place
LOT 4 - Minor Amendment. Trash Enclosure
Dear Mr. Steve Olt Planner and Peter Barnes Zoning Supervisor:
The attached Minor Amendment for Lot 4 (Chase bank) is being submitted to revised the
Site Plan and Add a Trash enclosure for the user of LOT 4. Currently the approved site
plan shows and provides for trash enclosures to the east of the new proposed location,
but these trash enclosures are not a part of the Lot 4 property, and serve the adjacent
LOTS 5 and 6 to the south and will be built in the future. The size of the enclosure is
such that all recycled materials are keep inside the building along with any sensitive
documents that are shredded and removed by separate service. We are working with
Chase and their Consultant CLC Associates, Inc. on getting this Minor Amendment
Application for the trash enclosure approved based on the need Chase has.
