KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the
owners of the following described land, to -wit, do hereby
dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins to have
and hold a permanent four and one-half foot (4.5 foot) wide
easement for access in the City of Fort Collins, County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, more particularly described as
follows:
All of that portion of Lot 12 of the First Replat of a
portion of Lot 1 of the Amended Plat of Fairway Two at
Southridge Greens P.U.D. to the City of Fort Collins,
Larimer County, Colorado, which lies between forty
(40.0) feet and forty-four and one-half (44.5) feet
from the center of the cul-de-sac, excluding the access
easement previously dedicated on the above plat. (See
EXHIBIT 'A' attached.)
The City of Fort Collins is not responsible for
maintenance of this easement.
