DEED OF DEDICATION
THIS DEED, made this 19th day of June, 1987, between ARCHDIOCESE OF
DENVER., a corporation sole, of 200 Josephine Street, City and County of
Denver, State of Colorado (Grantor), and THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLOR.ADO, a
Municipal Corporation, whose legal address is 300 West Laporte Avenue, Fort
Collins, Colorado, of the County of Larimer, State of Colorado (Grantee):
o WITNESSETH, that the Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of One
