ORDINANCE NO. 22 , 1965,
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS IN
RIVERSIDE PARK, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORADO
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate certain
streets and alleys in Riverside Park more particularly described below, and
WHEREAS, said streets and alleys as now platted are not needed for
municipal purposes, and said streets and alleys have never been open to the
public, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City
of Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
said streets and alleys.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following streets and alleys in Riverside Park more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A twenty (20) foot wide North -South alley platted midway
between the East and West boundaries of Block 25, Riverside
Park, a subdivision of record in Section 2-7-69, Fort
Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, for its full length,
from the South right-of-way line of Hickory Street, to the
North right-of-way line of Fourth. Street, a distance of 450
feet, more or less.
All of Sixth Avenue as platted on Riverside Park, a sub-
division of record in Section 2-7-69, Fort Collins, Larimer
County, Colorado, from the South right-of-way line of
Hickory Street to the North right-of-way line of Fourth
Street:, a distance of 450 feet, more or less.

Park, a subdivision of record in Section 2-7-69, Fort
Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, for its full length,
from the South right-of-way line of Hickory Street to the

The West one-half (') of Fifth Avenue as platted on River-
side Park, a subdivision of record in Section 2-7-69, Fort
Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, from the South right-of-
way lime of Hickory Street to the North right-of-way line of
Fourth Street, a distance of 450 feet, more or less,
be and the same hereby are abolished, vacated and abated,
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 2.5th day of March, A. D. 1965, and to be presented for final
passage on the I5th day of April, A. D. 1965.

SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate certain streets and an alley
in Riverside Park more particularly described below; and
WHEREAS, said streets and alley as now platted are not needed for municipal purposes,
and said streets and alley have never been open to the public; and.
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins
will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said streets and alley,
provided that there is reserved an easement for utilities as now constructed in said alley
and streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFFORT COLLINS that the
following streets and alley in Riverside Park more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
The E� of Fifth Avenue and the W, of Fourth Avenue adjoining Block 21, Riverside
Park, a subdivision in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, and the alley in
Block 21 of said Riverside Park Subdivision;
be and the same hereby are abolished, vacated and abated, except that there is reserved
unto the City of Fort Collins an easement for utilities as now constructed in said streets
and alley.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 18°h
day of July, A. D. 1968, and to be presented for final passage on the 8rh day of August,
A. D. 1968.
