FARM P.U.D. 3RD FILING located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the Cth P.M., County of Larimer, State of Colorado should have the following
corrections:
1. The Lot line sh red and between Lot 9 and Lot 10, Block 1, has been labeled on sheet 2
of 3 Nor 1 V 10' 12" East 190.81 feet and on sheet 3 of 3 North 71 ° I O' 12" East
184.59 feet,, the correct bearing and distance is North 7101O' 12" East 190,81 feet.
