RESOLUTION NO. PZ93-14
OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A TEMPORARY ACCESS EASEMENT
DEDICATED ON LOT 1, MASON STREET P.U.D.
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain
rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval of replats containing
notation of such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Grantor and Owner of a temporary access easement
dedicated to the City on Lot 1, Mason Street P.U.D. has requested
that the City vacate said easement; and
WHEREAS, the easement is no longer necessary and the vacation
request has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City and
private utilities, and they have no objections.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning
Board of the City of Fort Collins that the temporary access
easement on Lot 1, Mason Street P.U.D. recorded with the Larimer
County Clerk and Recorder on July 24, 1984 under reception number
#577296 Book 2282, Page 0071, be and is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and
Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins held this 15th day of
November, A.D. 1993.
