EASEMENT DEDICATION KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners of the following described land, to -wit, do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins to have and hold a permanent 20.00 foot wide utility easement in the City of Fo-t Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows: A 20.00 foot wide utility easement situate in the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Fort Collins, Colorado lying 10.00 feet on either side of the centerline which begins at a point on the East line of the said Northwest 1/4 which bears N 00°05'25"W 1322.69 feet and again S 89056'40"W 1323.72 feet and again N 00°03'43"W 10.00 feet from the South 1/4 corner of said Section 36 and run thence S 89°56'40"W 103.00 feet more or less to the Easterly line of John F.
