OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF A BLANKET UTILITY,
ACCESS, AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
LOCATED ON LOT 1 OF THE OAKRIDGE BLOCK 1 P.U.D.,
SECOND FILING
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate
certain easements and rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval
of replats containing notation of such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Owner of Lot 1 of the Oakridge Block 1 P.U.D.,
Second Filing has requested the vacation of a portion of a
blanket utility, access, and drainage easement more particularly
described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herewith by this reference; and
WHEREAS, the vacation of said easement area will eliminate
an encroachment of the existing building; and
WHEREAS, the portion of the blanket utility, access, and
drainage easement proposed for vacation is not necessary to
retain for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, all public and private utility agencies have been
notified of the vacation request and report no objections.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning
Board of the City of Fort Collins that the easement area
described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herewith by this reference, be and is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and
Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins held this 24th day of
April, A.D. 1995.

Considering the West line of said Northwest quarter as bearing South 00110'00" West and with
all bearings contained herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence South 10032'34" East 65.58 feet to
the Northwest corner of an existing building envelope, said point also being the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING of this description; thence North 90000'00" West 4.00 feet; thence South
