At the time I received your request, I routed a letter to the various departments that this process would directly affect, stating your intentions. Please find enclosed copies of the comments and concerns we received from these various departments. After reviewing the comments, I have concluded that we cannot approve of the vacation of the portion of the ten (10) foot utility and drainage easement. I would, however, recommend that you contact each of the various departments to see if you can pursue any other options.
