Attached for your review and comment is a sketch showing 165 E. Boardwalk Drive,
Sportscaster Bar and Grill (formerly Cablesend Restaurant), located in the Fountainhead
PUD, Phase 3, with an access, drainage, utility and maintenance easement highlighted
that is being proposed for vacation. The owner would like to enclose/cover the outside
courtyard located on the south side of the building.
Please sign and return any comments to Sheri Wamhoff in the Development Review
Center by June 21, 1996. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will assume you
have no objections to the proposed vacation. Please call Sheri at 221-6750 if you have
