DEED OF DEDICATION FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned Hai Tran, being the owner of certain real property in Larimer County, Colorado, legally described in that Warranty Deed at Reception No. 20040123779 in the Larimer County Records, in consideration of "Pen Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, does hereby dedicate, transfer, and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a Municipal Corporation, for public use forever a permanent Fight -Of -Way for public street purposes in the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which right-of-way is more particularly described as follows: The westerly three feet of Lot 16 of the South Mesa Subdivision, STATE DOCAARY FEE EWT Larimer County, Colorado Which lot is also known as 3524 South Mason, Fort Collins, Colorado. It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such right-of-way until permanent improvements have been made and accepted by the City.
