Mason St. Peter: Attached are the revised plans you requested regarding the Minor Amendment Application and Permit 9B0503284 for Tran's Martial Arts and Fitness Center. Please note the following, per your list of comments: A small trash enclosure will be built of cedar and painted to match the existing building. It will be placed behind the building and be 4' wide by 20" deep by 4' tall. Tran's does not produce much trash and does really need to store trash outside the building —please clarify that this is a requirement regardless and what the minimum size must be. The bike rack will be located as indicated on the plan. The existing sidewalk ramps are indicated on the plan. A new landscaping island will be built next to the easternmost parking space as indicated on the plan. It will have a concrete lawn border edge and one tree and two smaller plantings. The existing building mounted light fixtures will be altered to ensure that they are down directional and shielded. New foundation plantings will be located as indicated on the plan. Parking blocks will be provided 2' from the sidewalk and the total length of the stalls will be 19', as indicated on the plan.
