Need to show the propertyline and the easement line on the plans. The tower can not extend into the easements. Revise the plans so that the tower does not extend into the easement. An easement vacation can be requested for the area of encroachment - if requested it will take about 4 weeks from the time I received the necessary documentation for the request to know if the vacation is possible. And then will probably take a couple more weeks beyond that to finalize the vacation if it is possible to do so. If you wish to pursue an easement vacation please contact me for information that you need to submit to start this process. 221-6605 10/29/2004 OK Sheri Wamhoff Provided verification to building department that the remodel does not extend into the easement. ZONING 10/01/2004 HLD Peter Barnes New tower on 4032 S. College appears to be in easement. There's a 15' easement along the west lot line. lot line is supposed to be back of walk. No setback dimensions shown on plan, but it scales to a setback of 13'. meaning a 2' encroachment.
