Although there are other alternatives, given the curvature of the proposed realigned Lemay and other existing conditions and roadways planned, this would appear to be an important piece of planning to lock in. It may be that we proceed successfully with Bank of Colorado accomplishing this, but if not, I would request that the City in the best interests of safe streets, connectivity, good engineering, reality, etc., proceed as described above. FYI, I spent a full day with the Websters up in Wyoming. They have a spectacular little ranch — and have executed copies of an Agreement and all easements required for the Bank to proceed with its proposed development.
