Rows of parking are required to be broken up every 15
spaces by landscaping. It appears with requested
changes a 23 spaces row will exist. At minimum one of
the spaces at the center of the west side parking would
need to be made a landscape island (space 11 as
applicant marked). In addition, the fixtures on the light
poles must be down directional/sharp cut off type. They
would have to be replaced if they don't currently meet the
LUC.
