AD 05-31 OF THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON LOTS 1 AND 2, BOARDWALK CROSSING FILING 2 WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services to vacate certain easements by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such dedication, and WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate a portion of a drainage easement on Lots 1 and 2, Boardwalk Crossing, Filing 2, located on the east side of South Mason Street, south of Boardwalk and north of Troutman Parkway, more particularly described on Exhibit "A and WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City Departments, which departments report no objections to the vacations.
