KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners of the
following described land, to -wit, do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to
the City of Fort Collins to have and hold permanent 24.00 foot wide acess
easements more particularly described as follows:
24.00 foot wide access easements situate in Lots 7 and 10, Prospect
Industrial Park, Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado lying 12.00
feet on each side of the centerline which begins at a point on the
right-of-way line of Canton Court which bears S 42°00'30"E 120.00
feet and again S 21 29 40 W 44.60 feet from the most Northerly corner
of said Lot 10 and run thence S 71°07'30"W 9.92 feet; thence S 47°59'
30"W 173.96 feet; thence N 42°00'30"W 118.00 feet; thence N 02°59'30"E
60.81 feet; thence N 47059'30"E 22.00 feet; thence N 02°59'30"E
42.43 feet; thence N 42°00'30"W 115.00 feet; to a point on the North-
westerly line of said Lot 7 AND ALSO the centerline which begins at a
point on the right-of-way line of Riverbend Court which bears N 42'
00'30"W 120.00 feet and again S 66°58'12"W 32.51 feet from the most
Easterly corner of said Lot 7 and run thence S 04°03'45"E 23.18 feet;
thence S 47°59'30"W 83.00 feet.
