EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the
owners of the following described land, to -wit, do hereby dedicate,
transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins to have and hold a.
permanent 24.00 foot wide easement for access and utilities in City
of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, more
particularly described as follows:
See Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this
dedication, the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of
maintenance of such easement.

County, Colorado, being located in the Plat of the Shores Office
Park P.U.D., a Plat of record with the Clerk and Recorder of the
said Larimer County and in the Plat of the Wharf - Phase I at the
Landings P.U.D., a Plat of record with the said Clerk and
Recorder, being 12.00 feet (measured at right angles) on each
side of the following described centerline:
Considering the West boundary of the said Plat of the Shores
