ASSOCIATION, being the owners of the following described land, to -wit, do
hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
for construction and maintenance of street iuprovements a strip of land in
the City of Fort Collins, County of Iarimer, State of Colorado, more
particularly described in Exhibit "A , attached hereto and made a part
hereof.

dedication, the City of Fort Collins will not assume the duty of
maintenance of such strip of land until such time as public improvements
are constructed, thereon and accepted by the City of Fort Collins
