thence along the arc of a 19.50 foot radius curve to the left, a distance of 17.32 feet, the
long chord which bears S 651 15' 59" W 16.75 feet to the East right-of-way lice of
Wheaton Drive; thence along said east right-of-way line, along the are of a 1425.89 foot
