Range 69 Mast of the 6th F.M., which considering the
mast line of the awk of said Section 15 as bearing
S. 0°32' S. and with all bearings contained berets
relative thereto, begin at a point which boars S. 0`32'
L. 760 feet from the WW corner of the SA of said
section 15, sold point being the fins corner of Miller
Arothers Second foothills Annesatioa to the tty of

In the office of the Clark of the City of Fort Collins, together with a

Section 2. That in accepting and approving the plat of the Miller
srothere Third Foothills Annexation to the City of tort Colline, the City
;ref Fort Collin does not assume obligations respecting the construction of
water mains, sower lines, gss mains. electric light lines or other services or
utilities with respect to service of said addition. except a* may be rwpir*d
amprovided by the owners of property within the limits of said addition in
