Latimer County records, do hereby dedicate and convey to the City of Fort Collins for public use

Block 105 and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 4, Block 105, Harrison's Addition, said point being the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING of this description.

feet (8'); thence leaving said South property line and continuing North 00°00'00" East, eight feet (8');

thence continuing along the East property line of said Lot 4, Block 105, South 00°00'00" East, eight feet
(8') to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort Collins does
not have the duty to maintain the easement.
