RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned Robert W.
Shields and Wendy L. Shields, being the Owners of the following -
described land, to -wit a tract of land situate in the NW 1/4 of
Section 33, T7N, R68W of the 6th P.M., as more particularly
described in the attached Exhibit "A", do hereby dedicate, transfer
and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, for public use
forever, a permanent Right -of -Way in the County of Larimer, State
of Colorado, more particularly described in the attached Exhibit
"B"

Larimer County, Colorado. More particularly described as follows:
Considering the West line of the NorthWest Quarter of said Section 33 as bearing N 00°00'00"
E as determined by monuments found at the NorthWest Corner and at the West Quarter Corner
of said Section 33, and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto.
Commencing at the NorthWest Corner of said Section 33; thence along the West line of said
Section 33 S 00000'00" E 1649.10 feet; thence departing from said line S 89°33'00" E 1026.38
feet thence southerly along a line between Woodland Park Estates P.U.D. and Robert Shields
