EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
FOR TEN DOLLARS ($10) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned, The Ridge, P.U.D. Homeowners
Association, of the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, the
owner of the following described land:

The easement described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, said land being situate in
the County of Larimer, State of Colorado,
does hereby dedicate, transfer, and convey to THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, for public use, forever, a temporary
construction easement and a permanent easement for water drainage
in accordance with the approved utility drawings for Westbury
P.U.D. Second Filing, prepared by Stewart and Associates, dated
September 18, 1995, the drainage facilities may be constructed
and maintained above -ground and/or below -ground, together with
the rights of ingress and egress for the construction,
maintenance, repair and operation of the easement facilities.
The easement is described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference. THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC ACCESS
EASEMENT.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of
this dedication, the City of Fort Collins does not accept the
duty of constructing the drainage facilities, or the maintenance
and repair of the facilities and the easement.
