HomeMy WebLinkAboutPARK SOUTH COMMERCIAL PLAZA MINOR SUB - Filed RD-ROW DEDICATION - 2002-11-14Cffy OF FORT C01.LINS RCPTL 4:00 E, q PAG- FEE - STREET DEDICATION KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners of Lots One and Two, PARK SOUTH COMMERCIAL PLAZA MINOR SUBDIVISION, City of Fort Collins, County of Latimer, State of Colorado do hereby dedicate and convey to and for public use, forever, right-of-way for West Horsetooth Road as described below, provided, however, that acceptance by the City of this dedication of street right-of-way does not impose upon the City a duty to maintain the street so dedicated until such time as the street is inspected and accepted by the City Engineer. All maintenance of the street described below shall be performed by the undersigned (and his/her successors in interest) until such time as the City expressly assumes, in writing, the duty of such maintenance. A right-of-way for West Horsetooth Road which is a part of Lots One and Two, Park South Commercial Plaza Manor Subdivision which begins at the Northwest corner of said Lot One and run thence S 89' 42' 45" E 55.00 feet along the North line of said Lot One; thence S 00' 17' 15" W 12.00 feet; thence N 89' 42' 45" W 223.91 feet; thence along the arc of a 252.13 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 56.85 feet, the long chord of which bears N 83' 15' 14" W 56.73 feet; thence along the arc of a 222.13 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 50.08 feet, the long chord of which bears N 83' 15' 14" W 49.98 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot Two; thence S 89' 42' 45" E 274.84 feet along the said North line to the point of beginning.
