Covenants and restrictions of record. 2. Easements. 3. Right-of-ways. 4. Reservations or grants of record. Grantor acknowledges that the notices and conditions as shown on the recorded plats of Quail Hollow P.U.D., Sixth Filing and agrees to fulfill its responsibilities as required by said notes and conditions.
